Anchor Inn Resort Reservations
Since our availability
information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that
information on this website. Instead, please fill out our
Availability Form or call our
Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-888-798-2718 to discuss
availability or to make a reservation. We strongly
encourage you to make your reservations as far in advance as
possible. The earlier you make arrangements, the better your
chance of securing the accommodations you would like.
Once we have confirmed availability for your reservation, we ask
that you send in our Reservation
Form along with the deposit required. Please complete the
form, sign it and mail it to us at: Anchor Inn Resort, 55960
County Road 4, Spring Lake, MN 56680. We accept deposit payments
via personal check or VISA/Mastercard. If you choose to pay
your deposit via check we will hold your reservation for seven
(7) days to allow time for your reservation form and monies to
reach us. The names of all guests must be listed on the
reservation form.

Resort Policies
Anchor Inn Deposit Policy: Your
deposit will hold your reservation until 6:00 p.m. on your
scheduled day of arrival. (Please let us know if you will be
arriving later than 6p.m.) With at least 90 days advance notice
of cancellation, your deposit can be transferred to another date
during the current season. If you cancel less than 90 days
before your scheduled arrival date we will refund 50% of your
deposit (or do a short notice transfer) only if we are
able to re-rent the unit you initially reserved. If we are
unable to re-rent your unit, you will be held financially
responsible for the full rental rate of your scheduled stay with
us. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early
departures. Daily reservations require a one night rental
deposit.
Groups or families reserving two or more cottages will be
required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the
weekly rate for each unit. The remaining 50% balance must be
paid in full by May 1st.

Anchor Inn Pet Policy - Quiet and
well-behaved house pets (excluding cats) are accepted in the
campground as well as Cottages 2, 3, 4, & 9. No
pets of any kind are allowed in the Lodge rooms or in Cottages
1, 5, 6 or 7.
Guests with a pet(s) who reserve a cottage
will be charged a fee of $80 per week per pet and will be required
to provide a $50
pet deposit upon check-in. Dogs are not
allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed, cleaned up after,
and never left alone. Pet owners are responsible for all
cleanup or damages caused by your pet. Upon check-out, we
will determine if the pet deposit will be refunded based on our
observations of the condition of the unit. Campers with
pets in the campground will be charged $3 per day per pet.
Please note
that we will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by
dog fights. We reserve the right to have noisy or threatening
pets removed from our premises.

Check-Out: By 9 a.m.
Please respect these times so that we can properly clean all the
cabins. Thank you!
Extra Person Charge -- The extra
person charge applies to any persons staying a cottage beyond
the base number of four persons per cabin and is charged at
$80/week/person or $20/day/persons. Use of cottage facilities is
considered occupancy so groups or families using a cottage and
sleeping extra persons in campers or tents must pay the extra
$80 per person per week for every person over the four included
in the rental rate.
Cabins 1, 5, 6 & 7 are non-smoking cabins.
All cabins have microwaves, fans, coffeemakers, appliances/housewares.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available.
Please request linens for hide-a-beds when making reservation.
Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.
A 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all
rentals.
VISA and MasterCard Accepted
Damage deposit for pets is required upon check-in. Please see
